The NewAllen Alliance is asking East Allen Community residents, churches and community groups to participate in Ringing of the Bells at noon on Easter Sunday. Given that residents will be modifying their Easter celebrations this year due to the COVID-19 Crisis, NewAllen is promoting that communities come together to support and encourage each other during Indiana’s Stay-At-Home order.
